About the Authors
Oberon and Lauren are leading the waste-free movement in Tasmania. They now run Zero Waste Tasmania, which has gathered a large following and promotes simple ways people can reduce their waste as well as organising a range of workshops.
Over the past 2 years they've delivered their e-course on waste to 150 families worldwide and their Seedlings: Permaculture for Families course is set to launch in Tasmanian primary schools this year.
Oberon Carter is an ecologist who works on the conservation of Tasmanian threatened species. Lauren Carter has a design background and runs an online shop, The Spiral Garden, selling ethical, long-lasting toys, gifts and homewares, in addition to home-schooling three children. Both Lauren and Oberon have qualifications in Permaculture Design.
