All orders are processed daily Monday to Friday and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. All orders made over a weekend will be processed on the following business day.

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post regular mail. For priority orders, contact customerservice@fivemile.com.au.

Occasionally books appear on the site which are currently unavailable or out-of-print. If this is the case we will send you an email stating that we are unable to fill the order and we will immediately organise a refund on your credit card.
