All orders are processed daily Monday to Friday and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. All orders made over a weekend will be processed on the following business day.

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post regular mail. For priority orders, contact customerservice@fivemile.com.au.

Occasionally books appear on the site which are currently unavailable or out-of-print. If this is the case we will send you an email stating that we are unable to fill the order. Please note that since we do not charge your credit card until we are sending the books there will be no charge on your credit card.
